COVID-19 Parking Update March 2021

Current parking arrangements are as follows:

• An active transponder and a valid parking permit is required to access parking lots:
  • If you previously had parking that has expired, please email parking@mcmaster.ca to renew.
  • New Faculty/Staff, students, or those who did not previously have a parking permit should email parking@mcmaster.ca to set up parking. Transponder is required to activate the no charge parking and there is a one-time non-refundable $40 fee.
• Once active, transponders with a valid parking permit will provide:
  • Enhanced inter zone access with 24/7 access to all upper campus lots except Lot A (Divinity College). The Wilson Underground, PGCLL Underground, Lot K, M, P and Ward Avenue lots will remain closed.
  • Free of charge monthly parking until August 31^st 2021.
• Regular daily rates for visitor parking will apply for those without an active transponder with a
