We would like to thank our Ward Avenue parking permit holders for your understanding during the first week of classes for McMaster students.

Beginning Monday, September 12th, all Ward Avenue parking permit holders will have temporary access to lots N and P in the west campus. This is occurring because of an unexpected interruption in Ward Avenue parking lot shuttle service. Due to high demand, Ward Avenue parking permit holders may be asked to relocate to an alternate lot if lots N and P are full during this time.

The Parking Services team is working to re-establish reliable shuttle service for the Ward Avenue parking lot. Customers who wish to continue to park at Ward Avenue during the shuttle service interruption can continue to do so.

Parking Services is also working to move Ward Avenue permit holders to lots in the west campus on a more permanent basis as quickly as possible. If needed, when the shuttle service returns it may be required that permit holders return to parking at Ward Avenue.

The team will continue to be contact with you to keep you informed about your parking lot access.
